I have worked at the Stone County Courthouse for 33 years. 18 of those years have been spent in the Stone County Clerk's office learning the ins-and-outs of how to confidently and effectively run the office.
I was selected by the Republican Central Committee to be appointed to my current position. Governor Mike Parson appointed me as your Stone County Clerk on August 2, 2021.
During my time in the Clerk's office and while serving as the County Commissioners Administrative Assistant I built strong relationships with the elected officials and department heads. It is important that all offices have a working relationship so we can come together to better serve the citizens of Stone County.
A man once told me that if it were not for people like you, the citizens of Stone County, then my job would not be necessary. I recognize that you are the reason for my job. Ever since then it has been my goal to be of service to every Stone County Citizen. You are my boss! I feel incredibly blessed to be able to serve you in this capacity. I love my job, I love coming to work, I love Stone County.
I am honored that Governor Mike Parson saw me as the best choice for the job. I truly enjoy serving as your Stone County Clerk.
